WARRANTY & RETURNS

We will not except change of mind returns once the bat has been made. 

Please note in relation to Bat Profile - For anything outside listed options such as scalloping, spine etc our master craftsmen will use their expert judgement to select what will best compliment your selections. 

BEFORE USING BAT

When you receive your custom bat, you must properly prepare it before use. Warranties and returns are unable to be applied if proper preparation of bat is not undertaken. Extratec and knocking in your bat is also advised before using in the nets and in matches.

PRICING

There are two price options you can choose from for your custom bat:

  1. Premium Grade Willow ($899.99)
  2. Players Grade Willow ($1699.99)

The price is dictated by the grade of the willow used for the bat. 

Shipping is free. 

ORDERS

Custom Bat orders will be open from July 2024 to June 2025.

All orders are willow dependent so get in quick, first in best dressed. 

DELIVERY

Once we receive your payment, please allow up to 6 weeks to receive your custom bat. Each bat will go through the premium quality Gray-Nicolls bat production process. 

Bats can only be shipped to an Australian address. We do not ship internationally. If you are a customer based internationally you will need to ship it to an Australian address.
